Dispatch and Signed Print Details
Greenvale Dispatch will acknowledge your order by e-mail and your print will be posted out to you after payment has been received. Each print is signed in pencil beneath the image at the right or left hand side. The artist wishes it to be known that no other website or retail outlet has access to her signed prints. She values highly your interest in her work and hopes that your purchase fulfills your expectations and gives you pleasure.
UK only - a free book will be included with orders of 3 or more prints at one time.
Postal Costs Explained
All items posted in UK for £6 (Please note that up to three large prints can be posted in a roll for the same postage cost as one.) Smaller prints packed flat in hard backed cardboard envelopes, also £6 per item. (Two prints maximum per envelope)
Abroad: By Airsure or International Signed For.
Europe (Including Russia): £10, Rest of World: £20. Unfortunately Royal Mail does not guarantee a Friday dispatch by special delivery for a Saturday delivery. However, if required, a Saturday guarantee by Royal Mail can be had for the additional cost of £2.20. Every care is taken to ensure that your print(s) arrive in good condition. Large prints are packed in a sturdy cardboard roll. To remove from roll tap the opened end on a hard surface till the print comes within grasp, then extract with care. The smaller prints also need to be extracted from their envelopes with care. Should your print(s) sustain transit damage please inform Greenvale Dispatch and return the item by ordinary post. A replacement will be posted to you plus your posting costs.
